1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TransparentImageGenerator.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TransparentImageGenerator provides AI-powered tools to generate, edit, and enhance images with transparent backgrounds, create animated GIFs, and design print-on-demand products. The Service requires an account and uses a credit-based system for AI generations.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credits & Payments

• Credits are required to use AI generation features. Credits are consumed upon each generation.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate NSFW, sexually explicit, or adult content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform in an automated fashion
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the images and prompts you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service.

Public Library: Some completed GIF or video outputs may have a separate public derivative used in TIG library, gallery or search pages. Private project files and source uploads remain separate. Where owner controls are available, you can remove the linked library item from TIG public discovery. Public visibility does not by itself grant model-training permission.

Generated Content: Images generated using the Service are yours to use commercially. However, we make no warranties regarding copyright ownership of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws. TIG does not use private creative content for model training unless you separately opt in where that option is offered.

7. Print-on-Demand Products

Products ordered through our Printful integration are fulfilled by Printful Inc. and subject to their terms and shipping policies. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or issues with physical product fulfillment.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific result. AI-generated images may vary significantly from expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
